Cancelling A Recurring Subscription

If you have an account with a recurring payment, you may cancel your subscription and all future payments at any time by logging in to your account and clicking the “cancel” link next to your designated plan from your “My Account” page:

Upon cancellation, all future payments will be cancelled immediately.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT PRORATE OR REFUND ANY PAYMENTS THAT HAVE BEEN MADE PRIOR TO CANCELLATION (EXCEPT IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, DESCRIBED BELOW).

Cancelling A One-Time Payment Account

If you signed up for an account with an one-time payment, you do not have a subscription to cancel. Your account will automatically expire at the end of the term that you originally signed up for (e.g. one year).

If you are unsatisfied with our course or materials for any reason, you may request a full refund for up to 30 days from your initial sign up date. (The initial sign up date is the date upon which you first submitted their credit card or other payment details).
